I've heard that hanger 9 often makes warped wings. Is this true or is it just plain silliness?

No ARF is the best. You may get a warped wing with all major ARF brand . That happen rarely but it happen.

Nothing is perfect in this world so are these arf's. Also keep in mind that you get what you pay for.

the H9 planes are great, Ive had a few of them, and two of the 33% birds, they were all great.

well other than accessories I have had three Hanger 9 ARF's...a 33% extra 330S and a 33% edge 540 and a Cessna 182. The extra was an awesome plane with all the parts and pieces fitting very well, covering was awesome and the plane was really well built. Same with the Cessna. The Edge 540 I sent back twice due to the fact that the Hor Stab was out of alignment with the wing....both times so I got my money back. Have not yet bought another Hanger 9 ARF although i would do it again.
