Default Springs/oil LST shocks?

What's a good combo for mild bashing and high speed runs? Right now my setup has 30wt all around and the shiny springs, which I think are the 5#. Thanks

I run the yellow spings and i run 40 in the front and 60 in the backbut this is just how i like it.... get yours so that it wont bottom out and what not[8D] go out and buy lots of shock oil and you can even mix them to get your own combo.

I have the stock 30wt in my Losi shocks and it's way to thin. I'm going with 60wt front and rear, heavier if needed.
