Default just got a savage and have some ?

I got a used savage 25 and I have options for the engines.It has the 25 on it but what would be better without spending more money,A ttr.21 or a cen .26.I will be useing it for bashing and some parking lot running.I have a 52/18 combo or a 47 18 Thanks advance

I don't know anything about those engines. However, keep in mind that you will not only spend money on the new engine, you will be spending money to upgrade the drivetrain as well. Read the last posts in the thread titled "mistake?" and you'll see what you need.

i would get the axial .28 or the .32 from www.stormerhobbies.com the 28 is like 119.99 and the 32 is like 179.99

STS 28 or STS 30 and you can get either with a pull starter or Roto backing plate all ready installed.

There use to be a listing on the out put between the Axial and the STS but no longer list the STS so I will not boost on there findings.

i've owned the sts and i curently have the axial. the axial has more low end torque with pretty good top speed, but the sts is faster and has a little more all around proformance ecept for the low end with either one u will be happy with. there both very easy to tune. the axial hold a wonderfull tune. sts not far behind

yea im getting the 28 because it isnt as highly priced as the 32 i hope it doesnt srip my diffs too much or i will have to buy the savage x case holders[]
