Default Tutorial: Adding a Dummy Radial

I thought I'd add my "tutorial" on making and installing a fully detailed and weathered dummy radial for those who might be interested. I start with a 1/5 scale resin plug from Frank Tiano, but do a lot of mods to it and show how it installs.
