It just says for lipo, of course I saw "output 0.75 amp" so I didn't spend anymore time reading about it. You will die of old age waiting for this thing to charge a bigger battery made for 1/10th scale. You are not going to find a decent charger in the $20 range, I suggest saving up and speding your hard earned money on something half way decent. Actaully I suggest buying a good charger, but that will be even more.

Not well.
As I understand it, a 2s A123 pack requires 7.6v to charge. That one only puts out 7.4. Also it will take about 3 hours to charge a 2200mah battery - not optimum A123 batteries.
You might look at this. It's designed to work with NICAD & NiMh chargers to charge lipo's and A123 cells
