RE: steering servo's
I run MG 995's and BudBud has some as well. It is a good bashing servo.
DO NOT BUY IT FROM thecheapservoguy on eBay. He raved about a servo and did not put a brand name up. I bought one and afterwards figured out that they were MG995's for about 40.00. I am sending it back to him.
Also, there is a MG996 that I read about. It is supposed to be a better servo with less noise. At the same price as the MG995.
Hope that helps

RE: steering servo's
I did find the MG995 the other day shipped for 10 bucks. I am interested in the newer model as I have found good reviews, I have a few of the MG995's. I need something else for my brakes and throttle servo in my 25. The SF-1 I had in there would not pull on the throttle return spring. Biggest issue there is that it has an Ofna throttle linkage modd and that does not push the throttle closed while braking as the HPI linkage does...
