Default Speed record

I will be trying to break the world speed record and I am thinking of making a 18-21 cell dragster. What type of motor would be the best application for this type of voltage???

Thanks, Shredder111[>:]

the speed record for electric is 111mph set be AE, they used a brushless system, but on thier first run the armature blew up because of the insain speed/voltage, i would go with a very nice hacker brushless system and really really good quallity batts, i would love to see pics of the dragster

Wait I dont have much experience with brushless. If the armature exploded could I get a replacement????
Or does a brushless motor not have a armature???

Thanks, Shredder[>:]

What about a ferrite motor that all the dragsters use?
I have heard of people going over 130MPH with those on lots of cells
