Default MSR addiction!

I recieved today a Blade MSR! This is my first heli after a few yr of flying planes. Little tricky jumping in not trying a coaxial but wow what fun. I dont have much indoor room to fly and it was a little windy outside, but I am addicted! Thinking I may go ahead and get a Dx6i. Anything I should know when getting it?

Yup, that's what I did - bought the B400 with the Dx6i.

Me too, Love the mSR, I wanted the DX6i, so I bought the Blade 400. I have not flown the B400 yet, but love the radio with the mSR.
I'm flying the Phoenix Sim now too, but after seeing how touchy the B400 is on the sim, I may go get the Blade SR for outside also. But I'm getting lots of forum help on DX6i settings, both for the mSR, and the B400.

The mSR provides the most flying time, and least crash-fixing-time of any RC toy I have ever owned, that includes Rock Crawling Trucks (Well, OK, trucks don't fly.. .not intentionally anyway). The mSR is a perfect little heli!

Looks like I will be getting the DX6i by itself for the time being. I found them new w/o reciever for 124.95 NIB. I may save a few dollars in the long run getting the B400 combo, however it is less damage at one time! Already placed my order!

Practice with the sim to get jitters out of the way and insure the head and tail are set up good on the B400. It's a dream to fly and not really hard at all, you just have to get used to moving the right stick more. Remember, setup....keeping control and chasing the tail was no fun for me....till i learned to adjust the tail better (and it changes so set once and forget is not happening....started with good tail at 68...now at 78...same servos etc. I think with upgrade over eflite stock and this won't be true).

Congrats on the MSR. Ibeen flying mine over the winter. A few dings in the Family Room walls, but don't tell my wife. It is amazing how much punishment the MSR will take.

I went with a DX7. Only because it has the extra channel. Not sure if I will ever use it.

I currently fly an SR. The MSR really helped me learn single rotors.

Now looking at the Blade 400 or a T-Rex 450. Iprobably should have bought the 400 RTF package with the DX6I.

Have fun and remember paint and filler for the walls are cheap.
