saito .82 idle problems
i can get the engine to start and it seems like it runs fine at 4000 rpm and over but when it drops below 4000 it will cut out...the HS is about 2 2/3 out and i didnt touch the LS since the manual says not to until the engine is broken in

I suspect your engine is too new to idle really well, but you aren't going to get much of an idle anyway until you adjust the low speed mix.
The 14x4 prop is a little small for the engine also. Use a 15x4, or a 14x6 to get a good load on it. The 15x4 will probably give the better idle.
Suggest you use the Omega fuel instead of the Cool Power, just to get some castor oil in the blend. You can add some castor to the CP fuel to use it up.
