Default motors and wheels

i'm planing on building a clod based crawler/backyard basher and was wondering what turn motor i should use. i want it to be able to crawl well but still have quite a bit of speed as well.

i also want to know what type of tires would be the best for my car. i would like 7" tall tires and the terrains i will be driving it on are dirt, mud, water, wet smooth slippery rocks, dry rocks and grass.

so thanks any help will be appreciated.

Try a set of 35t Integy lathe motors.

Tires, Pro Line Moabs XLs are about your only choice at that size.

Good Luck!

Unfortunately, 40 series Mashers are not 7 inches tall.

The Losi King Pins are, but I don't think they would work well in the mud.

True, the Moabs do pack up if the mud is sticky, but w/ the 35t motor and the higher gearing needed to be a basher and a crawler, he should be able to spin the tires enought o clear them out.
