Hi mratop,
First suggestion - turn off the caps lock key! :-) That is considered shouting and I am sure that you just want to have a pleasant conversation.
Now, seriously, it sounds like you have done some reading and have an understanding of how to start out. FP is definitely a good way to start out. Your existing transmitter sounds like it will work for starting out. You will not need advanced heli mixing functions on your TX if you have a mixing board or a head hold gyro.
Starting our with most of the crop of micro helis will get you in the air with enough fiddling and practice. I chose the Piccolo because it has a well defined upgrade path.
Depending on your budget, you can skip using the Piccoboard and go directly to a head hold gyro and seperate speed controls. This gives a much better behaved heli and if one component goes bad, you only have to replace that one piece.
Lithium Polymer batteries are the strongly prefered power source for these birds. A 2 cell LiPo pack will fly stock micros, and a 3 cell pack give much more power. The 3 cell pack will force some other changes in component selection (like HH gyro choice, tail ESC choice and such).

If I were to go out and buy today, I would get this:
Piccolo Fun kit
Any micro receiver (Berg is fantastic)
2 HS50 servos (or other 6gm servo)
3 cell LiPo battery and charger
Futaba gy240 HH gyro
Schulze slim 105 he tail ESC (or Trec)
Any main ESC (GWS ICS 100, CC Pixie7P)
Delrin Anti-Rotation Link upgrade
