A new race track in East Texas just north of Tyler Texas. Clay high bank oval with off road and jumps in the infield. Race all classes and all scales gas and electric. Trophies and pro class pays cash $$$$$. First Race this year Sunday January 18,2004 gate open 12:00 hot laps start at 12:30 and race starts at 2:00pm gate fee $ 1.00 for all ( 5yrs and under Free) This First race we will have $100.00 prize money for pro class with min. 5 entries. location: coming from east or west on I20 exit FM14 go north apx 35 miles and the track is on the right side of the road. (while you are on FM14 you will come to a town Hawkins which is at FM 14 and US80. from that point you have 15 miles left to go look for track on the right you will see a sign Quitman Go-Kart Speedway. That is it.
Coming from I30 at Sulfersprings Tx Take exit HWY 154 Quitman Exit. go south 25 miles to Quiman. go through town and go east on HWY 154 7 miles to a yellow flashing light turn right and go 2 miles track is on the left. for information call (903) 967-2325 any time and leave a message and I will return your call ASAP Thank you for your time and I hope to see you sunday.
