RE: Nitro Exhaust Extension
not too sure what glue would do the job, but I would be tempted to manufacture some form of internal collar so you push the silicon into the hole then put the internal collar inside the tubing from inside the exhaust to expand the tube and seal/ hold it. try to find a piece of metal tubing the right size, put a snip in the top on opposite sides, then bend the top down to form a lip so it dosen't push all the way through..
just an idea, as whatever glue you use would have to hold strong, seal the join, stand the heat and also flex with the silicone, thats quite a lot of properties to fulfill for a glue.

RE: Nitro Exhaust Extension
I got the feeling I was being flippant rather than helpful in my last post. Sorry.
Suggestions, if there is enough material to form a screw thread, try fitting a nipple (like the one shown below),
then attach your tube to it.
Alternatively, an epoxy putty such as Milliput might do the job.

I did think about the nipple idea myself, but as that looks like the stinger part of the exhaust, the nipple might reduce the flow too much and cause excessive back pressure

use a piece of brass or aluminum tubing. cut it to length, two part epoxy it in place and your set. with the brass tubing you can select which size will work best. the biggest piece to keep backpresure low and just as small as is needed to fit the silicon tubing over the brass tube. you can also "flare" the end and zip tie the silicon on securely.
