Default Need pics of zdz 80 install on 1/3 cap!

Hey guys, I need to see how you guys mounted your zdz 80's I am putting one on a H9 1/3 cap and am looking for Ideas. I have seen Wayne Geffon's pics but I bet some of you other guys did it differently. Thanks Here is a pic of waynes cap

I totally did it differently. I used a 3W 80.....lol

Congratz on getting the 1/3 Cap. It is a sweet plane....

We need to hook up and fly this summer....

Great Pic!

I just received my H9 Cap from Chief and debating betweeen putting a KS can inside a tunnel or using an in cowl muffler like shown in the Pic.

Ever make any noise measurements on that plane (like STF style) ?

Have some fairly strict noise limits at the field.

I will tell you this that cap in the pic is kindy loud. I doubt it would pass any noise requirements. I have the same muffler for mine and I made some wood blocks to mount my engine, although I haven't gotten anything else finished yet! Too many projects in front of it! Sweet looking arf though!
