I modified my tail rotor with a mod'd cox 7" LH prop. Used fuel tubing instead of meta colar to replace the "black" silicon tube on mainshaft. modified outer control plate(increased strength of ball link).

JR 378 With Hitec feather reciever 9grams and 2 hs 50 servos
wattage 370 motor
2 cell lithium-pol kokam 1500 (20minutes+)
Mixer/speedcontroll unit
Piezo gyro- very small
Direct Drive tail motor with 3*2 prop
cut down blades with balsa filling the undercamber bit (so that it turns out to be semi symetrical)
Home made ball in swash
Shaft collar
Head stifener(carbon)
Flies great even in a bit of wind

Stock Aerohawk with DIY mods:

- holes in blades, flybar paddles, tail rotor: reduced head weight, increased lift and reduced blade drag
- cutdown/trimdown: 5% blades/flybar paddles
10% tail rotor
8% tail boom
- rubber springs in head to keep blades in advanced position
- weightless shaft collar
- weightless rubber bands battery mount
- Improved canopy structure, 40% canopy weight reduction
- removed other small parts, body weight reduction 2%
- slant tail fin to improve heading stability

Flight time record: 14 min hover on stock NiMh battery
