Try using a lefthanded drill bit if you cannot get to the outside of the head of the bolt with pliers.

I have drilled out stripped screws before but there is a very high chance you will strip the threaded on your frame and engine mount. I am not familiar with the evader but I would not recommend that method if the screw passes through any plastic parts. you want to use a drill bit as close to the size of the core of the screw without being big enough to include the threads. the threads from the screw should fall out on their own once the core of the screw is gone unless the screw was loctited in. if you did use loctite you will want to use a penetrant/rust dissolver to eat the loctite. I use PB Blaster for that sort of thing, but again it !!WILL!! destroy any plastic parts it touches. if you don't have a can of it around you should be able to find it at your local advance auto parts, I use it more that wd-40 and duct tape!

A lefthanded bit will grab the bolt and back it out 90% of the time without even drilling into the bolt threads.

If it's possible to remove all other fasteners on mount, you may be able to spin the mount around while loosening screw with a slightly larger allenm wrench that has been hammered into the hex.
