Default Electrodynamics Fiber optic Kill Switch

I have a GP Cap 232 with a DL 50

It has been running fine until yesterday

Started it up and noticed at idle the throttle servo was twitching, all other servos fine

Decided not to fly it that afternoon, I never fly a plane if anything is out line no matter how small

Next day went to start it up and it idled but the throttle servo would not respond at all.

Took the wing off and checked it without the engine running and it worked fine

Called Bob/DLUSA and he was puzzled...Then i mentioned it had a fiber optic kill switch on it and he said that might be the problem

this morning I removed the kill switch and bing the throttle servo worked again...

Can anyone explain how the fiber optic kill switch would affect the motor when it is running?

Did you take the kill switch out or just remove the plug from the receiver?
