Just curious to find out how many gassers people have or have had along with the brand and displacment. This could be useful for various engine manufactures and distributors in some free market research. For me it's out of curiousity to see how many gas engine owners visit here at RCU and what they are using.

If you're planning on obtaining a new engine in the immediate future (this year) post your intended brand and size with the approximate time frame if you would. Please don't include in the counts engines that have not been, or are not actually owned. This is not a poll to develop any heated "which is better" arguements, so thanks for holding that back for a later day.

1st one--kit built Midwest Extra 300--80" wing. I built it myself. Poulan 54cc conversion engine.

2nd one--Kangke Texas Hurricane --Brison 2.4

3rd one--BME Edge 540 with G-62

4th one--World Models Patty with G-62

5th one--Kangke Laser 2000 with ZDZ60

6th one--GP 1/3 scale Pitts with Fox 3.2

7th one--Langke Laser 2000 with G-62--again

8th one--BME Edge 540 with G-62--again

9th one--World Models Extra 330L 90" With Husqvarna 75cc conversion

I also have a Carden 30% Cap 232 that I built a couple years ago. It has a 3W 80XI on the firewall, but I sent it to a friends house for covering. That was last year and it ain't done yet.

I also have a NIB MidWest Cap 232 that I plan to lighten up and mount a 50-60cc engine.

I just bought the OMP Hybrid 92" Edge 540 and another big conversion engine.

I have another 3W 80XI sitting here and 3 more G-62 engines. Numerous Ryobi and chainsaws in various stages of conversion. Probably 20 of them.

The insanity just gets worse............................................. .. And the planes get bigger........................

first one- a g-23 in a 1/5 clipped cub with bennet smoke. sold it years ago, should have kept it!!
second one (still have)- 3W42; was in a midwest Extra 300 (flutter, crash), and now in a Great Planes Cap 232 ARF
third one- a G38 to replace the saito 150 I had in a Balsa USA Se5a.
fourth- G45 destined for a Sig 1/3 spacewalker on floats..
Fifth- a Quadra 42 (I think) I bought at a swap meet. No idea what I'll do with this. HOw do I tell the displacement??
sixth- Quadra 50 (Brand new!!) bought at a swap meet, no idea what I'll do with this one either. Suggestions???

Plan to order a Wildhard Ultimate with a DA50 when they come in. I love multiple wings.
