RE: DECALS
You will need a good printer and appropriate paper, unless you want to cut decals out of vinyl, in which case that'll cost about 500$ more at the absolute minimum. Otherwise, I find Adobe Illustrator works well for designing decals.

RE: DECALS
I agree with everyones suggestions. I make my DECALS also. Different ways to do different things. Do you have any of the programs mentioned? You can also use ADOBE PHOTOSHOP ELEMENTS. It is simply a lesser costly version of Photoshop. If you need, I have some ROYALTY FREE copies. Each time I buy some new equipment, it comes included. DO NOT HESITATE to get in touch. I only have two copies available. When I make my printout of the designed work, I use my EPSON PHOTO STYLUS 870 OR THE 1280. When I 'm done the printing, I then run them through a laminator that has adhesive on the back..

RE: DECALS
Dear marwen, thank you for your suggestion, and if it's posible I love to have one of the ROYALTY FREE copies. I am a little loss about when you run them through a laminator whith adhesive on the back. I have an old HP Printer 710 C. I don't know if this is OK for the job, but I can get good pictures with it .
