Default NooB on hellis

Hi all and a happy knew year
I just bought a HellyBee2 CP thought that im going to make it fly easy. I try to lift it very carefully but the thinkg i got was a loop and an almost broken blade
When i give throtle at about 80% it starts taking off but not straight up, always takes incline to some side and after about 10cm high flight crash down freaking me out!
Try to fix it with the trims, get something better but not balanced flight enough.Any basic rules that i have to follow?Or a link that says that? Can i make it dammy slow on its reactions to start working easier on it?
I try to connect the Tx with my pc on the FMS sim but pc cant "see" it.Any instructions?

Thank you

Hi all and a happy knew year
Happy New Year to you!

thought that im going to make it fly easy
What on earth made you think that these fly easily? Micro helis are twitchy, hard to control beasts. They are among the most challenging forms of RC flight.

When i give throtle at about 80% it starts taking off but not straight up, always takes incline to some side and after about 10cm high flight crash down freaking me out!
That sounds like normal flight behavior. There are a few mechanical things that could compound the issue. Friction in the linkages comes to mind.

Try to fix it with the trims, get something better but not balanced flight enough.
Certainly, you want to get it trimmed for best flight. But the biggest piece that keeps it in the air and stable is YOU. You need to constantle make corrections to what the heli is trying to do. This is ver difficult for a beginner to do. You have to train your reflexes, becuase if you have to THINK about what correction to make, it is too late. Practice is what makes this possible.

Any instructions?
There is an Electri Heli Beginner Guide [link=http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=275607]EHBG[/link] that has a lot of good information for you. And [link=http://www.dream-models.com/eco/flying-index.html]Radds[/link] will help you get started with minimal damage.

Good luck. Keep reading here to see how other beginners make it through the very steep learning curve. Ask questions. Let us know how you do.

You adjust the friction on the ball links with a pair of pliers. Smooth pliers are better than those with teeth for this. Many needle nose pliers have teeth at the tip and a smooth part deeper in the jaws.

[link=http://www.dream-models.com/eco/SmoothBallLinks.html]Here is a link[/link] that describes the process

What about vibrations? When im in quarter throttle i see big vibrations at the tail up & down at more throttle they dissappear (i think).
And what about the tuning of the main blades pitch? can i tune this on honeybee2?logically if you give more pitch(incline degrees)at main blades the helli will take off with less rpm-throttle?
thanks for your time.

Did you balance your tail blades? It sounds to me that the tail blades might be out of balance.
