i have seen all these piggybackshocks and i have been trying to figure what the reservoirs do. i am not going to buy these but they fit right on the stock t-maxx shocks: http://integy.automated-shops.com/cg...23106154710.cc

Yeh they use those on MBikes, i dunno, but... if no one can answer i know someone that will know exactly what they are for, hopefully lol, ill see him in school if he aint waggin it

They give you more shock per length. The piston can travel almost to the hinge because the oil is compressed in the piggy back part instead of the upright shock body.

With intense use, it can help the oil survive longer as a result of better cooling through a larger reservoir. Not terribly much on these little shocks, but some.

Also, on a real truck, that reservoir generally holds air or nitrogen, and yields far more consistent damping due to the oil being unable to aerate as quickly.

First I will not ever run anything Integy ever again and if they are like the ones they make for the Savage that bend shafts and leak all the time I recommended staying away from them.

i said i wasn't going to buy them. i would never buy from integy, i know better then that.
