Kit bash Cherokee into a twin?

Kit bash Cherokee into a twin?
It's the Herr Engineering 1/2A model, 42" wingspan as is, made for .049-.061. I wanna put two .061's in it.. and change up the nose a tad. I'll do a 4 channel.. maybe add stuff later. I really like that high-lift airfoil that's being advertised, maybe that will help with the jump in wing loading.
What do you guys think - will it fly well on two .061's? Any tips for strengthening or whatever's needed?
Thanks!

Mop:
If you don't overbuild and make it too heavy it should go like the hammers.
I'm not familiar with the wing structure on that plane, I can't comment on reinforcement. Perhaos you can post a picture of the wing plan? Regardless, the most common error in a twin bash is making it too heavy.
Bill.

Hi Bill!
Here's a pic I found after doing a search on building threads for the plane...
Looks like it could use sheeting around the nacelles, and maybe a block of balsa between the ribs to support the gear?

The weakest point on that airplane for a twin conversion is the torsionally weak wing. It would be my inclination to loose the top wing stringers ahead of the spar and fully sheet, spar to leading edge and tip to tip. Forming a full 'D' tube section. Neat project.
