Picco still cant be beat in terms of bang for the buck. The RB MT11 sounds like a turd to me being only 3port, but who know, no experience with that mill

Also wrong forum this is for traxxass

Do they even still make Picco 28's?.. They're harder and harder to find here in Germany..

You CAN get the Schumacher X28 (Picco built) from ebay.co.uk relatively cheaply - at least before the Euro started dumping against other currencies..

Me, I run a Dynamite Big Red 28 and Losi 454 in my two LST2's.. I like them, and they're fast.. If it has to be Italian though, I would maybe consider a Novarossi 28-7T?.. Have never really heard of people running the RB .28's much.. I asked this in the LST2 forum, because here in Germany a lot of these RB .28's are being sold really cheaply at the moment.. But nobody seems to have run them. So I just stuck with what I know and like and got a new 454 for €89 shipped off a forum...

There's a shop in Germany I know of with the Schumacher X28 for €160, which is the best price for a Picco 28 I know of in Germany anyway.. Six months ago maybe it would have been cheaper out of the UK.. But with the Euro having tanked like it has, I'm focussing more on buying stuff from Germany..

Don't know what the deal is with shipping to Malta.. Heck, it might even be better to order from Italy or something..

If you have the $$ a mod Nova 28-7 will be the fastest, easiest to tune engine you can buy....Wickedly powerful and very user friendly !
