Default Breaking in the MVVS 160 Gas

Hi!

What prop should I use to break in my MVVS 160 petrol? I´ll use MVVS tuned pipe and Menz S 18x6 prop to 3D my plane, so is it OK to use these when breaking it in?

In general, break-in is best done with a smaller diameter, larger pitch prop.
In this case, the 18x6 can be used for this purpose.

Remember, fuel does not cool, with a spark ignition gas engine, so just gentle running with higher oil percentage will be best for break-in.

I broke-in my own MVVS 26 cc glow engine, with the tuned pipe on it.

A ringed engine needs to be richened below the pipe's boost range for the initial runs.
The throttle can be played with too (no problem with part throttle operation).
For a gas engine it is less important, since the heat is more uniform anyway.

The mixture strength in a glow engine actually changes the effective ignition timing.
A lean-run is an over-advanced ignition, that causes over-heating; not a lack of lubrication, as some people think.
