Default grrrrrrrrrrrrr

Well, I finally got my blade cp I purchased of ebay. The seller mis represented the item. He had the condition as New in box. I Knew it wasn't nib from the description, but I was expecting from that, that it would be in good condition

--

this auction is for 1 blade cp

also included is a 1320 mah lithium polymer battery (lipo) or (lipoly) and charger this allows much longer flight times and Way higher blade rpm

has the complete aerobatic enhancement kit installed on it, ie motor, heatsinks, battery, symetrical blades, bell hiller upgrade as well as the aluminum swashplate.

she will fly steady and level out of the box original box package and instruction manual you get with it as well as a ton of spare parts

--
Pulled it out today, and while yes, original box, NOT original packaging. Just hte box. No styrophm. Whatever. Then I see the canapys. Both are in sorry shape. Next thing I notice, broken skid. no problem, there where spairs in the box. Next, badly bent main shaft. Next, frame snapped off at the 4-1 mount. Hacked fix by using one of the canapy mounting rods glued to the forward petruding parts of the skids. Ca bond had failed. Next, the charger included was the std nimh charger. NOT a lipo charger as the ad seems to indicate. This thing was definatly NOT flyable out of the box and was definatly not in nib condition. I plugged it in and atleast all the electronics seem ok. But the setup is attrocious, maybe due to the bend shaft. I went to hobby shop, picked up a new main frame, and main shaft, and a lipo charger. Tonight I get to rebuild, and send a e-mail to the seller. Argggg, y can't ppl be f*** honest.

Yeah, that's lame... This is why a lot of the time I'm willing to buy stuff retail even though I could save $50-100 on Ebay getting it used. Good luck with getting it flyable though

take pictures etc... see if you can get your money back through E-bay (they have a policy). Don't let them get away with stuff like this.

Sounds like the RTF blade should have been sold as "parts".

Sucks man.

I guess I got lucky with my Blade. I bought it from a guy that sells a lot of Blades and Blade parts. He said it was "not new but unused". What I got was a brand new Blade that the box had been opened. It was obvious that it had never been flown. I only paid 145.00 for it - quite a bargain! I can spend the money I saved on 1320 lipos.

Definately try to get you money back, or at the very least leave a negative with another negative follow-up. Heck, I'd think that would almost qualify as a mail scam. Did you at least get it for a really good price?

This is one thing that bugs me about ebay.
If you are not totally in the wrong and leave another member a negative feedback on a bad item (when you are not at fault) in most cases, because of the nature of most people, the natural reaction is to retaliate, so they'll give you a negative feedback in return. If you've got a perfect feedback record, you may end up getting one bad feedback and ruining the perfect record, even though you've really done nothing wrong, which sucks. I mean, you can appeal feedbacks to ebay, sure, but it's a pain in the butt.

Ebay can be great or it can really suck.

Sorry to hear about that.

I refuse to buy products from Ebay. It's too easy to get burned and I usually do when I buy something sight unseen. If I can't afford to buy it new, or don't know the seller fairly well I will just wait until I have the money or not buy it at all.

My wife got screwed on Ebay and did finally get her money back after fighting, with the help of PayPal, the seller for almost 3 months.

For me the LHS is the best place to buy products. They provide fantastic customer service and generally have what I want or will have it within 1 week.

Had the same type thing happen to me here at this site. This is the comment I left for him.

This entire transaction was a lie from the start. I asked conditions I asked if crashed. Told great condition and never flown. He says he got it from a friend look at the pics. One has stock blades and the servo on a mount with the wires taped another has the gyro on a makeshift glued together holder obviously post crash. He had it before and after the crash. When I received the heli the "uncrashed" chopper has the gear teeth stripped, the tail booms are gone, the tail rotor box was cracked in half, the tail rotor servo fell apart when moved for the first time, the rotor blades cannot be used with the chopper they are too long, one of the batteries wich happened to have the charge side cord tied was dead, the flybar is 40mm too long and a replacement obviously in the crash, the receiver was cracked and has part of the side of it gone, it glitches too much to be useable, the fuse is cracked around the mounting grommets, the horiz stab was broken off unusable, the battery holder is gone and one of the paddles was cracked. Now to the radio it seems to work but it has large cracks running around the switches and is scratched all over. The problem I ran into is I was on a timeframe a friend of mine was redeploying to Iraq and I wanted to get him this chopper. Well due to the user raiting of this person and his "the chopper has never been flown and radio is in great condition" and the 7 days it took him to ship the chopper within the same state (regular UPS ground is next day anywhere in florida) I got kind of stuck overnighting a bunch of parts to make it flyable and still be ready to goto Iraq in time. This made it so I did not have the option of returning the item. I asked for a differential or partial refund due to the all out lying that went on in the sale of the item. I could get no such thing or any remorse from this seller for outright lying. """"""""DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PERSON"""""""AFILHO IS AN OUTWRIGHT LYER WITH NO REMORSE"""""""""This was item#: 164536
