Default Blade CP tail motor heatsink

Does anyone else have a problem getting the tail motor heatsink to stay on tight? Mine loosens whenever I pop it on, and nothing including pliers will tighten it. I can take it off, then re-bend it, but it just goes loose again once on. It won't transfer heat as well this way. Yes, I'm using the white goo from Radio Shack.

Perhaps get it on, then put a spot of CA glue on each end to hold it in place? I know there's thermally conductive epoxy you can use as well, but removing it would be a real pain..

I put mine in a vise so only the bottom was in and made it curve a little more. It didn't take long, fits snug, and still comes off.

I unscrewed the tail motor and slid it on from the side, the fact that aluminium has very little spring to it any other method of installing the heatsink will result in a incorrect fit. but those darn little screws could really piss a guy off sometimes.[:@]

2 eh? I guess I'll have to go pick another one up. Did what you said, worked great! The fins of the heatsink face foward and down, and it's place about mid-motor can, right?
