Carb Block Plastic type material?
4 questions;
What is it called? Where to get it?
Can you buy it in blocks large enough to make your own reed blocks from? Around 3" x3" x3".
Can it be milled?

RE: Carb Block Plastic type material?
No need to buy it 3 inches thick. Buy 3/8 to 1/2 inch thick at most. I bought 3/8X2X24. I also use Acetal on some and have had good luck with it. Either can be machined. The G10 and the Acetal drill and tap very well. I cut the material with a band saw then contour it with a belt sanding center machine.
