RE: how r the pivot balls inserted inside the casing ?
well, first off what you have pictured there are not pivot balls, they are rod ends. in a rod end the inside part is just pressed into the outside part... a pivot ball is something else entirely... its the part on some car's/truck's that connects the upper and/or lower arms to the hub...

thnx for ur review!
I din know about them, hence i called thm pivot balls & thnx for correcting me
I want to know about the rod ends. Its still unclear for me & want to know about the design of these rod ends.
If the hole is smaller than the ball diameter thn how can it be inserted into the hole?.

the hole is slightly smaller on the outside edges than it is in the middle, that is, its curved inside the same as the outside of the ball. They use some sort of press to force the ball in, once it gets past the edge, it moves freely inside. Its the same concept as a ball link.

Also, some manufacturers will mold a bearing or bushing surface around the ball after it is pressed into the hole. Teflon and polyethylene are a couple of materials which can be made in this manner.
I see you like the picture of my cantilever links
