Just got a used t maxx first gen with pro 15 for 50$ rtr. Guy didnt drive it much and its in great shape!. I ran it this afternoon and it done great. just had to adjust the shifting and needles. it is all stock except a metal spur gear the guy put in it. What is the stock spur? It seems kinda high geared. I have allready took the baffle out of the pipe befor i ran it. so i dont know if that helps. What is some things i should know or do? Im not interested in crazy mods. Just some smart upgrades for durability and power. And when i accelerate from a stand still the clutch acts like it kicks in realy hard and jerks then takes off and its fine once it starts moving. is this normal? my jato iv had for 5 years never did this. Thank for any help.

Yes thats what mine is doing. I may get the FOC. How does the reverse work anyway. Mine came with an after market radio so reverse doesnt work at the moment. There is a 3rd servo that goes into the trans but now switch on my tx to do anything.
