Does anyone know where I can locate servo arms for JR NES-605 servos?

Depends on what you are looking for. If you are looking for higher end metal arms, both SWB Manufacturing and AilWild would be good places to start. For an adaptable type of servo arm, Nelson Hobby would be another location. For standard stuff, have you tried Horizon Hobby?
