springs
i'm building my first rock crawler and i was wondering where i could get some long travel springs like on 'the articulator'.
also i was wondering with the clodbuster axles whether it matters if the crawler goes threw water (if it will muck up the motor and servo).
thanks

Not sure of long travel springs but you can defenitely go through water with your clod, the motors will be fine just might need a good cleaning and oiling after. as far as the servo goes though, better water proof it or it will get damaged in water.

for the radio a traxxas tq3 would be good. they can be found on ebay for as little as 10 dollars with receiver. it can be modded easily with a rear steer kit from http://www.thecrawlerstore.com/ or they sell a tq3 aalready modded for rear steer for 60$
