There is a Walbro carb manual out there, Try over on MGB & see if they have a link to it. I have it on my home PC, but not here.

I haven't had very good luck rebuilding 644's, once they go out they tend to get too sensitive. Easier to replace them with a 257 that isn't as sensitive and easier to rebuild. 488's are good too if you can find them.
