Who makes that engine, isnt that a nova rossi or RB concepts. You might try having the sleeve pinched, I personnally have had it done and it works, saves a big pile of cash. Give a reply and Ill help you out.

they offer the service through ebay.
do a search and you can contact them through there if you have question about their process.
They have very good feed back abou the process, and i would certainly giev it a shot before i spend $100 on a p/s.

You send your piston and sleeve to them, they pinch the entire sleeve not just the top and it is returned to you in a matter of days. It restores the compression to new specs and will last just as long, they can pinch to different level of tightness to suit your needs. Ive had it done for 25 bucks, a new piston and sleeve for my .21 engine was 125 bucks so I saved 100$. Go on ebay and in RC gas powered cars do a search for pistons or sleeves and osrocket will be there, thats who ive used and they do an excellant job.

This is a collari engine, the only parts that I have been able to find are xs-12 and they just will not work. I am in Kuwait and I don't think I could have it done here. I would rather buy the parts anyway. Thanks for the thought.

Hey Todd, I cant help you with your piston/sleve but wanted to ask although I think I already know.....What are you doing in Kuwait?

Actually I would be happy to find out where to find some Callari parts for that .21 engine since I am sure they are a little scarce over there, and I am positive this little engine will bring much fun to someone who needs it. Keep checking back at this board, I will do some lookin for you.

I know people complain constantly about this company but I have done alot of business with them, and as long as you do web orders your fine. They carry the Callari .21 buggy engine so I imagine they carry piston kits also. Get your wallet out though. Any engine that costs $425.00 will most certainly charge $150.00 for a P/S kit! Heres the place:

Thanks for your help, Todd,(sounds like I am talking to myself) I sent them a e-mail to see if they can help me. That is a very fast engine. I should have saved it alittle better. I am working on a contract over here for the army. Thanks again.

I am not sure if they carry a large inventory of parts, I just saw they carried the Callari Todd was looking for. What type of piston and liner are you going to be needing?

hey todd64 did you suck up some sand over there?
we know there is a lot of it so might be why.

if you did make sure you order a high quality air filter like the motorsaver or oen of the one some of these run on their rides.

when they get back to you and if they have a new p/s for you let us knwo what it cost cause im curious.

Personally, I am not a fan of "motor saver" filters. Mugen and OS make the best filters I've ever used.
