I Eat Glue

When I pulled the pull start cord it would turn the engine over but the string would not wind back in, but I could still feel a good amount of stiffness in the spring. So I tied to disassemble the pullstart only to find it exploding in my face with the end product looking like a broken cassette tape. I dug farther and found that the one way bearing would lock up in both directions. Is this something I can ask SH to replace? If not then where can I only buy the oneway bearing? Or could the rod that goes into the one way bearing be bent? It looks perfectly straight though...
