Default Firewall Thickness ???

I'm building a 1/4 scale Citabria with a Q-35 gas engine. What thickness should the firewall be?

On that size of engine you could probably get away with 1/4", but 3/8 would be prefered.
I would go with 3/8 for the added strength.

1/4" or 3/8" max. I would go with the 1/4" (5 or 7 ply) due to its lower weight.

My DA100 is mounted to a 1/4 inch firewall and it remains very secure.
