Default Kyosho Spitfire ARF covering,How to tell what type??

I`ve been looking at a NEW Kyosho Spitfire ARF in the box.
I`ve heard that the Kyosho Spitfire was made with sticky tack paper or monokote.
I heard that the tack paper covering was no good do to peeling off and discoloring with fuel and stuff.
***How I can tell real fast in the store if it has monokote covering or paper covering before I buy it???***

Thanks!!

The Kyosho Spitfire, along with their Bf109E, P-51D Mustang, and a few other warbirds, are covered with printed sticky shelf paper, not monokote. That's why there are panel lines and rivet details. I suppose you could paint panel lines and rivets on monokote, but that would be very time consuming and they would wear off in a short time.
