Does anyone know where I can buy 77mm and 85mm titanium turnbuckles?

Yes and I haven't seen any 77mm or 85mm anywhere.

Lunsford make a 3" set that is just shy of 77mm
and a set 3 1/4" or 3 5/8" which 85mm is in between
