Default Onboard glow for twin engine plane

Hi gang! I have a few glow powered twins, and have a big one waiting in the wings that I'd really like to have onboard glow for. I've never messed with onboard glow before, and have done some preliminary research, but would like to hear from folks who've used the setup. TIA!

I think they are almost mandatory for 4-stroke twins and definitely mandatory for multi-cylinder radials. I have used store-bought on-board glow drivers as well as home made ones for a couple of twin cylinders and also a 7-cylinder Seidel. They both work however I now prefer the home made as there is no guess work as to setting them up or what they are doing when they don't work (actually I have never had a home made one not work).

Thanks Sword, that's one of the systems I've been eyeing for a while, I'm happy to hear it works well for you.
