Jabo (Feda Dragonfly) Question
hi guys, I bought a used Jabo heli and want to replace the 4ch radio (mode 2) for a futaba PCM 1024 8 channel radio (mode 1). The thing is, I'm really new to helicopters, and this radio is for airplanes. Does the radio need any specific mix for the heli to fly correctly? and a really newbie question, how or what exactly does the gyro in the heli (GWS, PG-03) do? How can I move the dial in this gyro to help me manuever the heli better. thanks for your help. Cheers!

RE: Jabo (Feda Dragonfly) Question
That radio will work fine. You should be able to put that radio in heli mode, but you really don't have to. That heli just runs on a four channel system. The gyro is to help stabilize the tail of the heli. Here are some pic's of the instructions for the PG-03 (I assume you don't have it?). If you don't have the feature to blow them up on your computer, just give me your email and I will send them to you.
