E-Maxx VS E-Zilla
Hey Everybody, I going to buy a monster truck for my bday in october. and I have narrowed down the choices to two: E-Maxx and E-Zilla. Dracohowe says that the Maxx is slow and can`t jump while the Zilla can. But one of the turnoffs about the zilla is that it doesn`t have a 2 speed transmission.
The only vehicle i have ever had is a Tamiya Gravel Hound, which i bought in november in 2004. So thihs will be my first MT, My frined also bought a Tamiys Mighty Bull and he let me try it... It was pretty slow and he didn`t even know what the trims were for so i had to fix them.
Anyway, whats your opinion?
P.S. this is "only electric" seeing as my parents don`t want the mess and noise of nitro [:@]

buy the e-maxx. It is the greatest truck ever. I have one and could not stop buying hop-ups for it. I is now worth well over a grand. The e-maxx is a fast truck to. The e-zilla is new and not very trustworth.

You're asking in the wrong Forum. Go to the electric car forum, so you can hear the Ezilla OWNERS have their say.
Yes, a large number of Savage parts fit. While you'll hear a lot about there being more E-maxx hop-ups, you might find the E-zilla owners haven't found much of a need for upgraded parts.

Yeah the e-maxx is great it is pretty fast about 35MPH and extremly durable. My next door neighbor has one and lets just say that he isn't the worlds greatest driver. He has hit trees missed jumps and that kinda stuff and he has only broken one a-arm. Hope this helps.
