Default HELP!!!! saito 91 low-speed needle setting

I just took it out the box and was fiddling with it not knowing where the low speed needle was located. I saw a little screw in the center of the arm, which i thought that was to remove the arm. Well guess what i tried to unscrew it until i finally noticed that it was the low speed needle[] Now i need to know how many turns out do i need to unscrewn the little screw for breaking the motor. I know in the instructions, it says "Do not adjust the low speed needle". If there is somebody out there that can help me out and check it out on your saito i would really appreciate it. Thanks a bunch

Santi

Screw it in until it is even with the end of the throttle barrel if it has a metal arm or just inside the arm if it is plastic.

Seems like I remember reading that the factory setting is to have the top of screw flush with the throttle arm.
