ikarus or hornet again.....
Hi folks,
I'm new to helis (got sick of crashing airplanes, and driving r/c cars) and I have been looking at the two best ikarus and Hornet indoor helis with c/p for 3d. I now your saying "a newbie wants to 3d?" well heres my explination....
about 4 years ago a game for playstation came out called "r/c stunt copter" and supposedly this game was like the real thing. so I bought the game not even thinking I'd get back into r/c stuff a few years later and became a good pilot on the game. it has non cp and cp helicopters (non cp even have training skids on them and autolevel feature). I got really good at non cp helis than moved on to the cp's I was just wondering if anyone knows if this game really is like flying r/c heli's. the directions say that it is and the game is kinda hard at first but now I have 3 years practice and can hover inverted ect ect ect....
well theres that..... now heres my other question.....
should I get a picollo pro (new picollo with cp already on it and bigger diameter blades) or the hornet cp? I don't plan on using picoboard (I already have heard that they arent to great) and I want to get the best deal while buying everything at once so as not to have half on the whole setup sitting around without a servo or reciever or something. I want to be ready to go right when I finish building it. what is a good recomemded setup (not using pico board) for the picollo pro and hornet helis?
all responses are greatly appreciated!
Thank you verry much... casey
oh, and anyone in SF bay area own a picollo or hornet? I sure would like to see one fly before I buy. THANKS!
should i get the picollo fun and go from there? can the fun be upgraded to cp?

oh yeah....
I also forgot to mention that r/c stunt copter game was used with the newer dual shock controller that has sticks just like a real radio. (left stick forward=lift up left stick back=reverse pitch left stick left = turn copter left (or right I forgot) left stick right=turn copter right .... right stick=cyclic controlls
well thanks... I'm gonna go play stunt copter
