The pictures seem to indicate that there is a small lower wing tip fence between the end of the wing span and the curved portion of the wing tip. Is this correct?

There are a lot of different variations I guess. Classis Hoerner tips are on Cessnas and A-10 Warthogs. I believe the fence is an upgrade.
