There is a warp in the wing causing your model to turn in on you. I had an Akromaster back in the 1970's that had this problem on the outboard wing panel.

Is there any other condition that would cause this?Because i have looked at the wing and measured as good as i think i can, i can't seem to detect a warp.

I would agree that you have a warp. The best way to tell is to have someone watch you plane in level flight. Have them look to see if it is flying banked away from you or banked toward you. Most likely yours is away from you. The other area may be to check you elevater and make sure it is straight and aligned properly in relation to the wing. Also that there is no flex on one half of it. this should be a simple fix. You will just have to determine which way you need to tweak the wing.
