Cleaning the manifold

I have been running mr GT-4 lately and there is a lot of orange/black build up that looks like rust on my manifold. Is there anyway to clean this off?

Take really fine grit sandpaper, its the only thing I have used that works

i just tried steel wool and it came right off.
