RE: whats the difference between TB02 vs TB03
Hi i have a tb03 and theres a BIG differences between the cars, your much better off with the tb03 as its parts are easy to find as it sares most parts with ta05ifs, tb evo V and trf416, i would stay away from the tb02 as parts are getting scarce for it, and that ifs on the tb03 looks trick</p>

RE: whats the difference between TB02 vs TB03
I'm new to this hobby but I'm thinking of getting M04 for bashing and TB-03 for racing (carpet or asphalt )
Thanks in advance. If you have some pictures of your TB-03 feel free to post them.

Hey hows it going? With some good upgrades the tb03 can compete for gold Here is what i recommend.
1. Tamiya TRF Special suspension (hardblack coating)
seeing that you are new, get some experianced hobbyiest to help you set them up for best perormance, stock suspension are not tuneable but these are
2. Alumium Diff Joints,
this is a must, the stock plastic ones wont last with a brushless motor and dont put power down properly. Get a pair for the rear.
3. Front Oneway Unit
Put this at the front, this is ideal for fast flowing tracks especially carpet, it switches between 4wd and 2wd for faster sharper transitions, brakes are weaker with this but the carpet will help you slow down.
4. Spool Diff
Put this at the front, this is ideal for tracks with tight corners especially ashphalt, it gives stabilty to the rear and significantly increases breaking force.
5. Stabilizer Kit
This will increase stabilty at higher speeds
6. Alumium Rear propellor joint
The stronger lighter rotating part will more effiently transmit power to the rest of the car.
7. Alumium Universal Propellor shaft
This set comes with the front joint and Prop shaft connected with a universal joint, decreases torque steer with higher output motors.
8. Swing shafts, wheel axles and cross joints for universal shafts
By using universal shafts, your wheels will work more effiently when cornering and suspension movement.
I will post some pics asap.

Haddi Taha,
Thanks a lot for your advice. Once I will be in the process of building my TB-03 surely I will take your advice into consideration. How about motor and ESC?
