Anyone know what I need to all do to get the tranny/diff off so I can get the broken diff bolt out?

You need to remove the tranny case from the chassis, open the tranny case, and pick up the differential. To remove the broken diff screw, just poke it out of each drive cup with a small allen wrench.

To remove the tranny, you need to remove the 2 screws that hold the transmission brace (aluminum piece between the tranny and the front upper deck) and the front chassis brace. You also need to take off the rear shock tower. Remove the brake linkage and now you are ready to unscrew the tranny from the chassis.
