Question for the electrically inclined
I crossed the polarity on the Wes Tech Charger and figured it was toast because now none of the LED lights actually light up. The weird thing is there is still output of like 17-18 volts. considering 25v in. I wonder if just the led are burnt out or if the charger is all together bad. If I put my volt meter on the lights and detect small voltage could it be that the lights are the only thing that went bad.? is 18 volts out normal for a 2 pack of lith-poly?? Or should I just wait for the new charger to come in....
