Cleaning Brushed Motor? How to?
I has a traxxas 12 turn motor that I have been running in dusty conditions, I am going to clean it with non-chlorinated brake clean. When its clean and dry I will oil it on both of the bushings on each side of the motor. Is there anywhere else that should get oiled?

brake clean might be a bit too harsh. try motor spray or just hot water with simple green. give it a shot of wd-40, then oil the bearings.

technically yes, but some kind of decent soap would also make life easier. make sure all the water is out of it, and oil the bushings
