When switching from norm, to idl1 and idl2, can the dual rates for each one of those be different?

Also, can I program separate throttle and pitch curves in each one of those?

Yes, you can assign the dual rate functions to the flight mode switch through the automatic dual rate function, code 23. The throttle and pitch curves are set to the flight mode switch, and the throttle hold switch. You can have different curves for each position.
